What the HELL are you talking about?

do you have cook and serve? Cook and serve, cook and serve... hmmmm. Oh, cook and serve. If you define cook and serve as small ceramic dishes filled with hot cheesy bubbling dangerous sauce-like food, placed into a cooking apparatus of sorts, heated beyond the temperature of the sun, promptly removed and served to a hungry guest; then yes, we have cook and serve! I happen to encourage litigation. Restaurantuers... Does anyone know why I'm writing this down?
